I have a delivery every month. Culligan calls me and reminds me of the date. Also I leave out the number of bottles to be replaced, they replace them. They go downstairs and check the salt in my water softener. If it need salt they add it, if not they don't. They also put my gallons of water in my closet, so I don't have to do that myself. They are awesome! Then I get billed for my services on a monthly basis, which I can do online, or pay by check. I have called with some concerns and they are always addressed immediately. Very good customer service and the employees are tops! Thank you

From the beginning everyone has been really easy to work with. They explained my system to me and what we could expect. The delivery was timely and the service person was very polite and professional. All in all a great experience all the way around.
I like the convenience of having tanks changed instead of having to lug bags of salt. The water has always been soft. Not necessarily inexpensive, but worth it.
